Directions: Use when in need of emotional support and in moments when cooling off is needed. May roll on wrist, temples, back of neck, back, antecubital area (front of elbow crease), popliteal area (behind knees) and or on clean feet. Roll on palms then cup hands together and bring to nose. Slowly take a deep Inhale for 10 seconds and slowly exhale for ten seconds (at least 5 times). Continue use as needed.
